Afro Dance

African culture cannot conceive its roots without dance. Since its ancestors, it has been a spontaneous expression of daily life and is characterized by the strength and agility of its movements, as well as the sensuality with which they are executed.

Based on the four elements of nature (earth, fire, water and air) we will deepen the quality of movement, expression and coordination. We will use different body techniques and we will work different rhythms, traditional African, reggae and traditional Brazilian rhythms such as Samba.
