They promised me a shuttle from the airport but they never did it. They were lying to me and never told me there was no shuttle as they promised so I had to wait 2 hours at the airport for nothing because then they told me to take a taxi. very not professional! for a guy situated in a foreign country. they did not agree to refund me in any way. DO NOT GO THERE!

We are truly sorry that the promised shuttle did not arrive and that you had to wait for two hours at the airport. We completely understand how stressful and upsetting that must have been, especially when arriving alone in a foreign country.

Being accused of lying is a serious claim, so we feel it is important to explain clearly how the situation was handled. Once we became aware of the situation, we told you to take a taxi to the venue. When you arrived and told us that the taxi had cost €120, we immediately offered to cover it and reimbursed you for the full amount. We also offered you a drink as a sincere gesture of apology for the inconvenience. To clarify the matter of the refund, we could not offer a refund for the entire event package because the accommodation, meals, rafting and event programme remained available to you. The problem concerned the airport transfer, so we took responsibility for that specific cost and refunded the full taxi fare immediately.

We are all human, and sometimes things do not go as planned despite our best intentions. What matters is taking responsibility and doing everything possible to make the situation right, which is what we sincerely tried to do.
