Bachata Bachazouk Kizomba Salsa Salsa On2

Bachata Mastery Made Simple with Neuroscience
by Vasileios Gouzouasis, PhD

Vasileios is a neuroscientist, pharmacist, and passionate bachata dancer with a PhD in Molecular Biology & Neuroimmunology. He bridges the gap between science and movement, showing dancers how to apply brain-based principles to enhance their technique and connection more quickly and efficiently.

In his signature presentation, “Bachata Mastery Made Simple with Neuroscience,” Vasileios explains how the brain learns movement, forms habits, and refines timing, memory, and confidence. He also explores how the brains of leaders and followers activate differently while dancing, revealing what each role requires to grow, connect, and perform at their best.

The session is interactive, practical, and designed for all levels. Dancers leave with clear, science-backed tools they can immediately apply on the social dance floor to accelerate progress and enjoy the learning process more.

This unique talk has already been presented with great success at major festivals in Greece, including the Bachata King Festival and Salsa Spring Festival, receiving enthusiastic feedback from both dancers and instructors.

If you want your community to learn smarter, connect deeper, and fall even more in love with bachata, this presentation shows how understanding the brain can transform the way we dance.
