Florence

Positive: the teachers were really motivated, the workshops had really cool content (e.g. the one with the different kinds of waves) and it was a very personal festival (due to it small size, but also nice people). At the party the game with the free full passes for other workshops was really cool, as it made the atmosphere much more personal, when also the teachers took part at the game and people which are not the "pro bachata dancers" had also a possibility to win a full pass.

Critics: the time management was really bad! Already the first workshops (at least on sunday) started late, so did the following ones on each day. there was a delay > 30- 45 Min. at some point...
And the rooms (expect the big hall) were problematic, especially the room upstairs, which was way to small for all the participants, with columns in the middle -> bad view at the teachers, and the toilets in the back -> people using it-> more noise/agitation.

Great event with a lot of love behind. It was just a bit sad that the Zouk floor wasn't that big and we didn't have a DJ for the last night. Other than that - great and a big thank you goes to Florence for organising all of this!

The clases were really good, but for many courses the rooms were too small for the amount of people. This should be organized better….( be flexible to Change rooms if there s not enough Space- let people Sign up in advance so you know how many are to be expected per class ). - make sure the Ventilators are really working- it was too Hot to be able to concentrate well.
But the Shows were cool and the idea of the Motto for the Parties was Great , too. Just announce that also on the timetable and when you have booked the - if one doesn‘t have insta one doesn‘ t know it and feels Strange! It was also Hard to get the timetable without Insta- Write those Details on the Website where you present the Coaches !
Apart from that it was a Great Event ! Thanks for organizing it….?
