Unfortunately, this festival was the most expensive and, at the same time, the most disappointing experience of my dance journey.
Some of the main issues were:
Role balance: Extremely poor.
Venue conditions: It was unbearably hot, the dance floor was of very poor quality, and there were no chairs available for participants to sit and rest. If you wanted to sit down, you had to bring a table yourself.
Technical issues: The sound quality was poor, and one of the speakers kept hissing and making loud, distracting noises during the workshops.
Overall, I cannot recommend this event.

Regarding the role balance: our registration data shows 52% followers and 48% leaders. Please remember that when purchasing a pass, participants must indicate their role, and this is how we ensure parity. I believe there may be a confusion with gender (female/male). In that case, yes, there were slightly more women, but in Tarraxo specifically, many women were leading.
About the heat: we understand that despite the air conditioning, the room still felt warm. We will add additional fans for the next edition to improve airflow.
Regarding the chairs: the restaurant area directly in front of the ballroom had more than 200 chairs available for participants to take a break whenever needed.
About the sound: the hotel imposed a bass limitation on Saturday night, which affected the audio quality. The good news is that next year we will have the hotel exclusively, meaning no restrictions at all.
