Brenda Liew

Brenda Liew is one of the top Salsa and Bachata dancers in Asia, having danced for 15 years and taught professionally for 6.

The youngest yet most respected Salsa instructor in Asia, Brenda is highly sought after to teach and perform internationally. Whether on stage or on the social dance floor, Brenda’s unique style never fails to captivate, with super slick body movement and amazing musicality. She is also the youngest champion of the Australian Salsa Solo Competition in 2012 that competed against more than 20 international dancers.

She is known to consistently produce great shows with her students no matter where she goes. Her workshops and bootcamps are extremely well received and have taken her to all over Asia and parts of Europe, being the first Asian soloist to be invited to Berlin Salsa Festival and el Sol Festival (Warsov), and having also taught in Greeze, Italy, Lithuania, Siberia.

Brenda is also the Director of her very own dance company named BLDC, consisting of 2 teams in Singapore, 1 team in Taipei (Taiwan), and another one in Vietnam (Saigon).

Since April 2020, her online dance platform has risen as 1 of the world's referents, helping thousands thousands of students from over 100 different country to bring up their style by following her precise techniques.
