These terms of use (hereinafter, the "Terms of Use") regulate, together with the Privacy and Cookies Policy, relating to the management of Users' personal data (collectively, all of the above will be referred to as the "Terms and Conditions"):
access to and use of the GO&DANCE website hosted under the domain name www.goandance.com (hereinafter, the "Website") and under any of its subdomains or dependent web pages, as well as the content and services that the owner of the Website makes available to its users (hereinafter, the "Users");
the registration and creation of an account on the Website as a private or professional user; and
the purchase of tickets for events and activities organized by Users.
Users must read this document carefully. None of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions creates an employment, agency, or partnership relationship between the parties involved.
The Website is offered by GODANCE SALSA, S.L. (hereinafter, "GO&DANCE"). In compliance with Article 10 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, the following identifying information of the owner of the Website is provided:

Access to the Website or its use by the User necessarily implies, without reservation, knowledge and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The Website, created by GO&DANCE, offers the User a tool for organizing events and purchasing tickets (respectively, the "Event Organization Service" and the "Ticket Purchase Service"). The Event Organization Service and the Ticket Purchase Service will be collectively referred to as the "Services."
Through the provision of the Services, Users who so wish (hereinafter, the "Organizers") can quickly and easily promote their own events on the Website (hereinafter, the "Events") as well as sell tickets to other Users (hereinafter, the "Buyers") for the Events they organize and publish.
In order to browse and use the Services offered on the Website, Users must be of legal age. Therefore, the User declares that they are of legal age and have the necessary capacity to contract the Services offered on the Website.
In relation to the above, the User shall, in all cases, be responsible for the accuracy and veracity of the data provided to GO&DANCE through the registration form and booking processes.
Minors who are interested in contracting the Services will require the prior authorization of their parents or legal guardians.
Accounts registered by bots or any other automated method are not permitted.
Organizers may access the Event Organization Service and sales-related information through an area created for this purpose on the Website (hereinafter, the "Professional Area"). GO&DANCE acts solely as an intermediary in the sale of Event tickets between Organizers and Buyers, managing ticket distribution on behalf of and for the account of the Organizers.
At no time does GO&DANCE act as the Organizer of the Events or participate in any organizational aspect of the same.
GO&DANCE grants Organizers, under the contractual conditions for this purpose, temporary access to and use of the Professionals Area. Under no circumstances will GO&DANCE assign or transfer to the Organizer any of the intellectual or industrial property rights associated with the Website or the Professionals Area.
Organizers must first register as Professionals, for which they must follow the instructions indicated on the Website, providing the information required in the corresponding form (hereinafter, the "Professional Registration Form"), which will be processed in accordance with the GO&DANCE Privacy Policy, as well as accepting the Terms and Conditions.
Once the Professional Registration Form has been completed, your professional account (hereinafter, the "Professional Account") and the Professionals Area will be activated. The Organizer is responsible for the custody and security of the Organizer name and password indicated on the Professional Registration Form, and therefore assumes responsibility for all actions carried out on the Website under their Professional Account.
Once the Professionals Area has been activated, Organizers can easily register their own Events, which they will manage through a control panel enabled for each Event, through which they can edit the information related to the Event (location, date, ticket prices, etc.) and control ticket sales to Buyers.
For each Event, the Parties will sign a separate Service Agreement governing the specific terms and conditions related to the provision of GO&DANCE services for that Event.
GO&DANCE undertakes to the Organizers to:
Keep the Professionals Area enabled at all times so that the Organizer can promote their Events efficiently and so that tickets are available for sale on the Website at any time.
Provide the Organizer with anonymized statistics on User access to their events, which shall be subject to the strictest confidentiality.
Display accurate and truthful information on the Website for each Event created and published through the Professionals Area.
Keep separate accounts for the acts or operations relating to each Organizer.
For its part, the Organizer undertakes to GO&DANCE to:
Keep their Professional account up to date at all times, rectifying, if necessary, their personal, banking, or any other data. The Organizer shall be solely responsible for the data provided.
Hold the intellectual and industrial property rights, image rights, and any licenses required by applicable regulations with respect to the content published in the Professionals Area.
Not to use the logos or distinctive signs that identify GO&DANCE in any media located in public places without the express written authorization of GO&DANCE.
The use by the Organizer of the Professionals Area, as well as the creation and publication of Events on the Website, is free of charge.
Organizers acknowledge and agree that by providing their own content on the Website, they grant GO&DANCE a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content solely for the purpose of the Website as required by the contract.
Organizers acknowledge, accept, and confirm that all content they provide through the Website will be provided in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
Our Website is not a platform for holding sweepstakes or contests of any kind, therefore, by accepting these Terms and Conditions, the User agrees, declares, and guarantees that they will not hold or publish any event in the form of sweepstakes or contests, and GO&DANCE is exempt from any third-party claims that may arise from any User's breach of the provisions of this Clause.
GO&DANCE reserves the right to remove and cancel from the Website any sweepstakes or contest activated by the Organizers.
Any indication of fraud, falsification of data, false transactions, or identity theft will be reported to the State Security Forces and Corps. GO&DANCE undertakes to collaborate with the State Security Forces and Corps, as well as any other competent authority, in the prosecution and punishment of criminal conduct. The Organizer expressly consents to the immediate and direct provision of all personal and contact details to the competent authorities in such cases so that the conduct can be prosecuted and punished as quickly as possible.
GO&DANCE offers its Users a Ticket Purchase Service through which Buyers can quickly and easily purchase tickets for Events through various means.
GO&DANCE acts as an intermediary between the Organizers and the Buyers in the sale of tickets for the Events, managing the distribution of tickets on behalf of and for the account of the Organizers, and therefore at no time acts as the Organizer of the Events or participates in any organizational aspect of said Events.
To purchase tickets for Events available on the Website, you must follow these steps:
Select the Event that the Buyer wishes to attend;
Once you have reviewed the Event information published by the Event Organizer, choose the type of tickets and the number of tickets for the Event you wish to purchase and select "Continue";
Fill in the registration form by entering the Buyer's email address and password (hereinafter, the "Buyer Registration Form"), expressly accept the use of your personal data for the requested purposes, as well as the GO&DANCE Terms and Conditions, which include the Privacy Policy, and select "Accept." The User shall be solely responsible for selecting a password with an adequate level of security. The User shall be responsible for safeguarding and keeping their password secret, and shall not disclose it to any third party. If they suspect that their password has been disclosed to a third party, they must immediately change it;
Enter the details of the attendees of the tickets selected for the Event if required by the Event Organizer and expressly agree that GO&DANCE may share this information with the Event Organizer.
Accept the GO&DANCE Terms and Conditions and click "Accept" to complete the purchase.
Select the payment method (credit or debit card or PayPal, from among those available) by which you wish to pay the Price of the ticket(s) and proceed to payment via the corresponding payment gateway. At that point, the Buyer confirms that the payment details entered are correct and accurate and agrees to GO&DANCE charging the Price of the ticket(s);
GO&DANCE will then send an email to the Buyer at the address provided in the Registration Form confirming the purchase of the ticket(s) (hereinafter, the "Purchase Confirmation"). The Purchase Confirmation may not be received in the "Inbox," as some Internet services detect it as spam, so GO&DANCE recommends that the Buyer check their "Junk Mail" folder in any case; and,
Once the Purchase Confirmation has been received, the Buyer may download and print their ticket(s), which will contain information about the event (date, time, venue, etc.).
If payment is made in a currency other than EUR, the exchange rate will be that established by the payment processor. In the absence of such a rate, GO&DANCE will use the rate established by the European Central Bank at the time of the relevant transaction.
Information on accepted payment methods will be provided during the purchase process.
The payment methods currently available on the Website are credit or debit card (through Redsys) and PayPal. Some payment methods may be subject to additional conditions or fees. In such cases, the relevant information will be clearly displayed during the purchase process and in the corresponding section of the Website.
All payments are processed independently through third-party services—specifically, Redsys and PayPal. Therefore, this Website does not collect any payment information, such as credit card details, but only receives a notification once the payment has been successfully completed.
If the payment fails using the available methods or is rejected by the payment service provider, the Buyer shall have no obligation to execute the purchase order. All possible costs or fees resulting from a failed or rejected payment shall be borne by the Buyer.
If the Buyer authorizes the functionality of the Platform's payment methods that allow future payments, the Website will store an identification code linked to the Buyer's account that authorizes GO&DANCE to automatically process payments for future purchases or for periodic payments in installments for previous purchases.
This authorization may be revoked at any time, either by contacting GO&DANCE or by modifying the user settings provided by the specific payment platform.
The Buyer may access the Event by presenting the printed ticket at the Event entrance, where the ticket will be validated with a list or an electronic device that scans a unique code inserted in the ticket. Even if several copies of the ticket are printed, only the first ticket presented at the entrance will be considered valid. Therefore, under no circumstances will access to the venue be permitted to those who subsequently attempt to enter with the same ticket.
Access to the venue where the Event is held is subject to the access and exit policies established by the Organizer and/or the owner of the venue where the Event is held, as applicable.
Tickets are issued in accordance with the rules and policies of the Organizer and the venue where the Event is held. Violation of these rules may result in expulsion without refund.
Illegal resale or attempted illegal resale constitutes sufficient cause for cancellation of the ticket without the right to any compensation.
Tickets may not be used for advertising, commercial, or promotional purposes without the prior express authorization of the Organizer and GO&DANCE.
The Event may be recorded for commercial and/or promotional purposes. By accessing the Event, the Purchaser authorizes the capture and reproduction of their image as part of the audience.
GO&DANCE is not involved in the organization of the Event, nor is it responsible for aspects such as visibility, sound, accessibility, access policies, security, or any other organizational elements, for which the Organizer is solely responsible.
The Organizer may exercise the right of admission and carry out security checks. Any tampered, damaged, or counterfeit ticket may be invalidated.
Neither GO&DANCE; nor the Organizer shall be liable for the loss or theft of the ticket.
GO&DANCE may investigate suspicious transactions and process chargebacks where appropriate, and may issue automatic refunds in exceptional cases such as duplicate charges, technical errors, or operational incidents, acting on behalf of and for the account of the Organizer.
In accordance with "artículo 103.l) del Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 (LGDCU)", tickets for events with a specific date or period of performance are NOT eligible for withdrawal. Therefore, once the purchase has been completed and the Purchase Confirmation has been issued, no returns or exchanges will be accepted, except in the cases provided for in the following sections.

In any authorized refund, only the ticket price will be refunded.
The following amounts will not be refunded under any circumstances:
If the event is suspended after more than 50% of its duration has elapsed, there will be no right to a refund.
GO&DANCE will publish the cancellation or changes to the Event on the Website and will notify the Buyer when the Organizer provides this information.
Refunds of the ticket price will only be accepted in the event of total cancellation of the Event or suspension within the period established by the Organizer.
Changes to the date, venue, or artists are the sole responsibility of the Organizer. GO&DANCE; will act solely as a distribution intermediary.
In the event of cancellation, GO&DANCE will manage refunds on behalf of and for the account of the Organizer, and may issue refunds:
The estimated time frame for the refund will be 15 business days from the official publication of the cancellation.
For some Events, the Organizer may offer Voluntary Cancellation Insurance, which the Buyer may optionally purchase.
The coverage allows the Buyer to request a refund of the ticket price without having to justify any reason, provided that the request is made within the period specified on the Event page at the time of purchase.

GO&DANCE acts solely as an intermediary between the Organizers and the Buyers in the sale of Event tickets, managing the distribution of tickets on behalf of and for the account of the Organizers, and therefore:
It will not assume any responsibility in the event that the Event does not ultimately take place, and any claims must be addressed to the Organizer of said Event who, by accepting the Terms and Conditions, exempts GO&DANCE from any liability that may arise as a result of such cancellation.
It is not responsible for the terms under which the Event is ultimately held. Complaints regarding the quality, the way in which the Event is run, or any organizational aspect of the Event should be addressed solely to the Event Organizer.
Users may cancel their accounts and stop using the Service at any time in the following manner:

The User acknowledges and accepts that they use the Website at all times at their own risk and responsibility, and therefore GO&DANCE is not responsible for any misuse, improper use, or use contrary to these Terms and Conditions that may be made of the Website.
Consequently, Users shall be entirely responsible for the correct use of the Website in accordance with current national and international legislation, as well as the principles of good faith, morality, good customs, and public order, and with the commitment to diligently observe any additional instructions that may be given to them by GO&DANCE.
Users shall refrain from using the services and content of the Website for illegal or fraudulent purposes or effects that are harmful to the rights and interests of third parties, or that in any way may damage, disable, affect, or deteriorate the functioning of the Website, its content, and its services. Likewise, it is prohibited to prevent the normal use or enjoyment of the Website by other Users. The User shall be liable for any damages caused to GO&DANCE as a result of misuse of the Website or use in breach of the Terms and Conditions.
GO&DANCE cannot guarantee, in absolute terms, that the services, features, and functions of its Website will be available at any time and place, nor that the software and hardware used are completely error-free. Similarly, GO&DANCE cannot guarantee error-free data transmission through third parties, especially transmission through telecommunications networks and Internet providers. Consequently, GO&DANCE declines any responsibility for damages of any kind that may arise from the above.
In particular, GO&DANCE is not responsible for any potential damage or errors that, due to the presence of any virus, may be suffered by the computer system (hardware or software) of Users when they access or use the Website.
In any case, GO&DANCE will only be liable for any damages that the User may suffer as a result of a malicious or manifestly negligent act on our part in relation to access to our Website, the provision of our services, and the use of our content, tools, and functionalities.
However, GO&DANCE will make reasonable efforts available to the User to ensure that the content and services included on the Website are accurate and up to date.
If it deems it appropriate, GO&DANCE may immediately suspend the provision of the service and, where applicable, remove any content it considers incorrect or illegal, either at its sole discretion, at the request of an affected third party, or at the request of the competent authority, without such suspension giving rise to any compensation. The suspension or deletion of User or Organizer accounts shall not entitle Users or Organizers to claim any compensation, damages, or reimbursement.
The suspension or deletion of accounts due to causes attributable to the User or Organizer shall not exempt said User or Organizer from paying the applicable fees or prices.
These Terms and Conditions establish, without limitation, the following restrictions on conduct:
Pretending to meet any possible condition or requirement to access the Website and/or use the Services, such as being of legal age under the law;
Concealing your identity and stealing the identity of any other person or pretending to be or representing a third party without the authorization of that third party;
Manipulating identifiers to disguise or otherwise conceal the origin of your messages or published content;
Defaming, insulting, harassing, engaging in threatening behavior, threatening or violating the rights of others in any other way;
Encourage activities that may endanger the life of the User or that of any other User or cause bodily harm. This includes, but is not limited to, threats of suicide or incitement to suicide, intentional bodily harm, the use of illegal drugs, or excessive alcohol consumption. Under no circumstances shall any User be permitted to publish any content that promotes and/or encourages and/or displays any self-destructive or violent behavior on this Website;
Investigate, analyze, or perform vulnerability tests on this Website, including the Services or any network connected to the Website, or circumvent the security or authentication measures of this Website, including the Services or any network connected to this Website;
Install, insert, upload, or otherwise incorporate malicious software into or through this Website;
Use this Website or the technical infrastructure in an abusive, excessive, or otherwise inappropriate manner (for example, to send spam);
Attempt to disrupt or alter the technical infrastructure in a way that harms this Website or the Service or imposes a disproportionate burden on them;
Adopt any automated procedure to extract, collect, or scrape information, data, and/or content from this Website and all related digital properties, unless expressly authorized by GO&DANCE;
Disseminating or publishing content that is illegal, obscene, illegitimate, defamatory, or inappropriate;
Publish content that directly or indirectly promotes hatred, racism, discrimination, pornography, or violence;
Disseminate or publish content that is false or that may cause unjustified alarm;
Use the Website to publish, disseminate, or otherwise facilitate content protected by intellectual property laws, including, but not limited to, laws on patents, trademarks, or copyrights, illegally and without the consent of the legitimate owner of the rights;
Use the Website to publish, disseminate, or otherwise facilitate content that infringes on the rights of a third party, including, but not limited to, state, military, commercial, or professional secrets and personal data;
Publish content or carry out any activity that disrupts, interrupts, damages, or otherwise threatens the integrity of the Website or the experience or devices of another User. Such activities include: sending spam, distributing unauthorized advertisements, phishing, committing fraud against third parties, distributing malicious software or viruses, etc.
GO&DANCE assumes no responsibility whatsoever for links that enable Users to access features and services offered by third parties through the Website, provided that they are unrelated to the Website. Therefore, GO&DANCE is not responsible for the information contained therein or for any effects that may arise from such information. Likewise, GO&DANCE reserves the right to remove, unilaterally and without prior notice, any links that appear on the Website.
If any User or third party observes that such links may be contrary to the law, morality, or public order, they must inform GO&DANCE by email at info@goandance.com.
Through the Website, Users may access external resources provided by third parties. Users acknowledge and accept that GO&DANCE has no control over such resources and is therefore not responsible for their content and availability.
The conditions applicable to resources provided by third parties, including those applicable to any possible granting of rights over the content, are derived from the terms and conditions of said third parties or, in the absence thereof, from applicable laws.
GO&DANCE is the owner or licensee of all intellectual and industrial property rights included on the Website, as well as the content accessible through it.
The authorization granted to the User to access the Website does not imply any waiver, transfer, license, or total or partial assignment of intellectual or industrial property rights by GO&DANCE, and therefore their use is strictly prohibited.
The intellectual and industrial property rights of the Website, as well as the texts, images, graphic design, navigation structure, information, and content contained therein, are either owned by GO&DANCE or it holds the necessary exploitation rights over them, in any form and, in particular, the rights of reproduction, distribution, public communication, and transformation, in accordance with Spanish intellectual and industrial property rights legislation.
The Organizers guarantee that they have been duly assigned or that they hold the ownership of all intellectual and industrial property rights and, where applicable, image rights associated with the content included in each of the Events they create and publish on the Website and, in order to promote them on the Website, they assign to GO&DANCE all the exploitation rights of said intellectual and industrial property rights. The transfer described above shall be considered to have been made worldwide and without any time limit.
GO&DANCE reserves the right of admission and exclusion from the Website. Any User who does not comply with the Terms and Conditions, as well as with the GO&DANCE Privacy Policy, may be excluded from the Website.
Likewise, GO&DANCE may withdraw or suspend the provision of Services at any time and without prior notice to those Users who fail to comply with the provisions of the Terms and Conditions.
GO&DANCE reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use in accordance with the applicable legislation at any given time, which will be duly reported on the Website. Users are therefore advised to review them periodically to stay informed about how GO&DANCE protects their information.
These Terms of Use have been drawn up in accordance with the provisions of applicable regulations and, in particular, Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, Law 7/1998 on General Contract Conditions, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law.
The Parties agree that when the User is a consumer, they shall submit to the competent courts and tribunals for the resolution of any disputes arising from their contractual relationship. Otherwise, the Parties agree that the courts and tribunals of the city of Barcelona shall have jurisdiction, waiving their own jurisdiction.
In compliance with the provisions of Directive 2013/11/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of May 21, 2013, on alternative dispute resolution for consumer disputes, and Regulation 524/2013 of the Parliament and of the Council of May 21, 2013, on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes, we inform all Users that they may submit their consumer complaints through the online dispute resolution platform, which can be accessed via the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
