GO&DANCE acts solely as an intermediary in the sale of Event tickets between Organizers and Buyers, managing the distribution of tickets on behalf of and for the account of the Organizers.
At no time does GO&DANCE act as the Organizer of the Events or participate in any organizational aspect of them.
GO&DANCE grants Organizers, under the applicable contractual conditions, temporary access to and use of the Professional Area. Under no circumstances shall GO&DANCE assign or transfer to the Organizer any intellectual or industrial property rights associated with the Website or the Professional Area.
Organizers must first register as Professionals by following the instructions provided on the Website and submitting the required information through the appropriate form (hereinafter, the “Professional Registration Form”), which will be processed in accordance with GO&DANCE’s Privacy Policy, and by accepting the Terms and Conditions.
Once the Professional Registration Form has been completed, their professional account (hereinafter, the “Professional Account”) and the Professional Area will be activated. The Organizer shall be responsible for safeguarding and securing the Organizer name and password provided in the Professional Registration Form and shall be liable for all actions carried out on the Website under their Professional Account.
Once the Professional Area is activated, Organizers may easily create and manage their own Events through a control panel enabled for each Event, where they may edit event-related information (location, date, ticket price, etc.) and monitor ticket sales to Buyers.
For each Event, the Parties shall sign a separate Service Agreement regulating the specific terms and conditions related to GO&DANCE’s service provision for that Event.
GO&DANCE undertakes to the Organizers to:
Keep the Professional Area enabled at all times so that the Organizer can efficiently promote their Events and so that tickets are available for sale on the Website at any time.
Provide the Organizer with anonymized statistics on User access to their Events, which will be subject to the strictest confidentiality.

Our Website is not a platform for hosting raffles or contests of any kind. Therefore, by accepting these Terms and Conditions, the User declares and guarantees that they will not create or publish any event in the form of a raffle or contest. GO&DANCE shall be held harmless from any third-party claims that may arise from any User's breach
4.2 - How to buy tickets?
To purchase tickets for the Events available on the Website, the following steps must be followed:
Select the Event the Buyer wishes to attend;
After reviewing the Event information published by the Organizer, choose the type and number of tickets for the Event and click “Continue”;
Fill out the registration form by entering the Buyer's email address and password (hereinafter, the “Buyer Registration Form”), expressly accept the use of their personal data for the requested purposes, as well as the GO&DANCE Terms and Conditions, which incorporate the Privacy Policy, and click “Accept.” The User will be solely responsible for selecting a password with an adequate security level. The User is responsible for safeguarding and keeping their password confidential and must not share it with any third party. If the User suspects that a third party has accessed their password, they must immediately change it;
Enter the details of the attendees for the selected Event tickets if required by the Event Organizer, and expressly agree that GO&DANCE may share this information with the Event Organizer;
Accept the GO&DANCE Terms and Conditions and click “Accept” to complete the purchase process;
Select the payment method (credit or debit card, or PayPal, from the available options), and proceed to payment via the corresponding payment gateway. At this time, the Buyer confirms that the payment information entered is correct and accurate and agrees that GO&DANCE may charge the ticket price;
GO&DANCE will then send an email to the Buyer at the email address provided in the Registration Form confirming the ticket purchase (hereinafter, the “Purchase Confirmation”). This email may not appear in the "Inbox" as some Internet services may detect it as spam. Therefore, GO&DANCE recommends the Buyer check their “Spam” folder as well; and,
Once the Purchase Confirmation is received, the Buyer may download and print their ticket(s), which will include information about the Event (date, time, venue, etc.).
If a payment is made in a currency other than EUR, the exchange rate applied will be that established by the payment processor. If no such rate is available, GO&DANCE will apply the rate published by the European Central Bank at the time of the relevant transaction.
Information about the accepted payment methods will be provided during the purchase process.
Some payment methods may only be available subject to additional conditions or fees. In such cases, this information may be found in the specific section of this Website.
All payments are processed independently through third-party services. Therefore, this Website does not collect any payment information—such as credit card data—but only receives a notification once the payment has been successfully completed.
If payment fails through the available methods or is declined by the payment service provider, the Buyer shall have no obligation to complete the purchase order. Any possible costs or fees resulting from a failed or declined payment shall be borne by the Buyer.
If the Buyer enables the Platform's payment method functionality for future payments, the Website will store an identification code linked to the Buyer's account authorizing GO&DANCE to process automatic payments for future purchases or for recurring installment payments of past purchases.
This authorization can be revoked at any time, either by contacting GO&DANCE or by modifying the user settings provided by the specific payment platform.
The Buyer may access the Event by presenting the printed ticket at the entrance, where it will be validated using a list or an electronic device that scans a unique code embedded in the ticket. Even if multiple copies of the ticket are printed, only the first one presented at the entrance will be considered valid. Therefore, entry will not be allowed under any circumstances to those who attempt to enter later using the same ticket.
Access to the venue where the Event is held is subject to the entry and exit policies established by the Organizer and/or the owner of the venue, as applicable.
Tickets are issued in accordance with the rules and regulations of the venue and the Event Organizer, which will be made available to the Buyer at the venue box office. Violation of any such rules and regulations, or any other act that may cause harm, damage, or grievance, shall entitle the Event Organizer to remove the Buyer from the venue.
The illegal resale or attempted illegal resale of a ticket constitutes sufficient cause for its confiscation or cancellation without the right to a refund or any other form of compensation.
A ticket may not be used for advertising, commercial, promotional, gaming, contest, or betting purposes without the prior, express, and verifiable authorization of both the Organizer and GO&DANCE.
The Event may be recorded for commercial and/or promotional purposes. By accessing the Event, Buyers grant their consent to being recorded and for their image to be used as part of the audience for the aforementioned purposes.
GO&DANCE does not participate in the organization of Events and is therefore not responsible for matters such as visibility conditions, sound quality, venue comfort, accessibility, entry and exit policies, etc., which fall solely under the Organizer’s responsibility.
The Organizer reserves the right of admission to the Event.
The Organizer is legally authorized to carry out checks and inspections to verify compliance with safety conditions within the venue where the Event is held.
Any wrinkled, torn, or tampered ticket will authorize the Organizer to deny its holder entry to the Event.
Neither GO&DANCE nor the Event Organizer shall be held responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
GO&DANCE may analyze and evaluate potential fraud in ticket purchases, managing chargebacks to Buyers if applicable, while informing the Event Organizer of the relevant actions taken.
GO&DANCE may share with the Organizer any available information about ticket sales operations for their Events and statistics on User visits to their Organizer Microsite, which will remain strictly confidential.
No changes or refunds of tickets will be accepted, except in the following cases:
in the event of cancellation or suspension of the Event by the Organizer (see section 4.7);
if Voluntary Cancellation Insurance was purchased, when available for the Event, and in accordance with its terms and conditions (see section 4.8).
Except for the cases listed above, the User may not withdraw from their purchase or request a refund once the Purchase Confirmation of the ticket(s) has been received, in accordance with current consumer and user regulations, as the exception to the right of withdrawal established in Article 103(l) applies, for services related to leisure activities with a specific date or period of performance.
Inability to attend an event or performance, or mistakes made during the ticket purchase (e.g., entering the wrong email address), are not grounds for refunds unless cancellation coverage was purchased that includes such circumstances.
If the Event is suspended after more than half of it has taken place, the Buyer will not be entitled to a refund of the ticket price.
Adverse weather conditions do not entitle the Buyer to a refund of the ticket or its price.
In the event of cancellation or changes to an Event, GO&DANCE commits to (i) publishing the information on the Event page of the Website as soon as the Organizer informs GO&DANCE, and (ii) sending an email to the Buyer at the address provided in the Registration Form, informing them of such cancellation or change.
Changes and refunds will only be accepted in the event of Event cancellation, or if the Event is suspended within the time frame established by the Organizer.
Cancellations or changes to Events that occur after the Buyer has received the Purchase Confirmation, such as changes in date, venue, or performers, are the sole responsibility of the Organizer. Therefore, GO&DANCE, as the ticket distributor, may only proceed with ticket cancellations and refunds upon the Organizer’s express instruction.
If the Organizer decides to proceed with the refund, the amount will be reimbursed by GO&DANCE using the same payment method used for the purchase, within fifteen (15) business days from the public announcement of the Event cancellation.
For some Events, Organizers may activate a voluntary cancellation insurance on the platform that allows Buyers to recover the amount paid for their tickets under certain conditions.
When this coverage is available, Buyers may choose to purchase it optionally during the checkout process, by paying the corresponding amount. This coverage guarantees a refund of the ticket price if the Buyer decides not to attend the Event, without the need to provide any justification, as long as the cancellation request is made before the deadline set by the Organizer.
The voluntary cancellation insurance will only apply if:
If both conditions are met, the Buyer will be refunded only the ticket price. Management fees, the cost of the cancellation insurance itself, and any other additional amounts related to the purchase will not be refunded.
All details regarding how the coverage works, its cost, and the cancellation deadline will be clearly indicated on the Event page before completing the purchase.
GO&DANCE acts solely as an intermediary between Organizers and Buyers in the sale of tickets for Events, managing the distribution of tickets on behalf of and for the account of the Organizers. Therefore:
It shall not be held liable if the Event does not ultimately take place. In such case, any claims must be directed to the Organizer of the Event, who, by accepting the Terms and Conditions, releases GO&DANCE from any liability arising from such cancellation.
It shall not be responsible for the manner in which the Event is ultimately held. Claims regarding the quality, execution, or any organizational aspect of the Event must be addressed solely to the Event Organizer.
Users may cancel their accounts and stop using the Service at any time in the following ways:
By using the tools provided on the Website to cancel the account.
By contacting GO&DANCE directly using the contact information provided in this document.
The User acknowledges and agrees that they use the Website at all times at their own risk and responsibility. Therefore, GO&DANCE shall not be liable for any misuse, improper use, or use contrary to these Terms and Conditions by the User.

The suspension or removal of User or Organizer accounts does not entitle Users or Organizers to claim any compensation, damages, or refunds.
The suspension or removal of accounts due to causes attributable to the User or Organizer does not exempt them from paying any applicable fees or prices.
