If, during the purchase process, the User acquires tickets for a third party whose data is necessary to provide the service correctly, the User declares and guarantees that they have informed said third parties of the content of this Privacy Policy and have obtained the necessary consent for GO&DANCE to process their data.
The User must notify GO&DANCE of any changes to the data provided, being in any case responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the data supplied at all times.
GO&DANCE has implemented the necessary technical and organizational measures to maintain the required level of security, according to the nature of the personal data processed and the circumstances of the processing, in order to prevent, as far as possible and in accordance with the state of the art, its alteration, loss, or unauthorized processing or access.
Your personal information will be processed for as long as your requests are being managed and monitored; while your user account remains active; or throughout the duration of the contractual or commercial relationship with us, and always for the strictly necessary time for the purposes for which the data was provided, in accordance with the principle of data minimization established by applicable regulations.
Specifically, the personal data provided by Users will be retained for a period determined based on the following criteria: (i) legal obligation to retain the data; (ii) duration of the contractual relationship and handling of any responsibilities arising from said relationship; (iii) request for deletion by the data subject where applicable.
Consequently, when the data is no longer needed, it will be blocked and made available only to competent authorities for the time and purposes legally established by applicable regulations. After this period, the data will be deleted.
Users' personal data may be shared with:
Public Authorities. We may disclose data and any other information we hold or that is accessible through our systems to the competent public authorities when legally required to do so, for example, to prevent or investigate abuses of our services or fraudulent activities through our Website. In such cases, the personal data you provide will be retained and made available to administrative or judicial authorities.
Service providers or partners that provide services to GO&DANCE. These act on our behalf as data processors and may include, among others, web hosting companies, marketing agencies, and consultants. However, any service provider with whom we share data is subject to strict confidentiality agreements and may only use the data to the extent necessary to perform the services contracted by us.
Event organizers the User attends (hereinafter, the “Organizers”) for the purpose of facilitating the organization and execution of the event, and to allow Organizers to contact participants with relevant information (e.g., in case of event changes), as well as to comply with any legal requirements.
Additionally, data may be shared with the Organizers of events and shows attended by Users so they may inform you about other events, including music, cultural, theatrical, sports, or artistic shows and fairs, provided Users have expressly consented to such sharing. During the purchase process, Users will be informed of the Organizer’s details so that they may withdraw consent easily and at no cost, if desired.
We may also share your information:
In the event of a corporate transaction: In the case of a merger, acquisition, sale of all or part of our assets, or any other type of corporate operation involving a third party, we may share, disclose, or transfer user data to the successor entity (including during the pre-transaction phase).
With third parties after aggregation or anonymization: We may disclose or use aggregated or anonymized data (i.e., data not linked to an identified or identifiable natural person) for any purpose.
All payment transactions are processed through a payment service that complies with industry security standards. The information used to process your payments is not accessible to us unless you have provided it in relation to your use of the Platform.
However, all of our outsourced payment methods comply with PSD2 regulations. Thus, you can make payments for services using:
Credit card payment via virtual POS terminal.
Once you have validated all the information related to your purchase, you will be redirected to a new page to choose your preferred payment method and enter your details. GO&DANCE outsources this payment method to Redsys Servicios de Procesamiento, S.L. (hereinafter, “Redsys”). You can access Redsys’s data processing policy at the following link.
If the payment platform informs of a card denial, the order will be automatically canceled, and the customer will be informed immediately online.
GO&DANCE reserves the right to reject any transaction made with a credit card. In such cases, the amount will be refunded to the original card.
PayPal:
At GO&DANCE you can also make your purchase using PayPal, since we outsource this payment method to PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. If you choose PayPal as the payment method, the previously provided billing address will be ignored and the address registered in your PayPal account will be used for billing. You can access PayPal’s privacy policy at the following link.
Some of our service providers are located in countries outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”).
The location of these companies outside the EEA implies an international transfer of your personal data, which could potentially result in a lower level of protection than that guaranteed by European regulations. Nevertheless, GO&DANCE has implemented measures to ensure that such transfers do not lead to a lower level of protection for your personal data.
In this regard, service providers located outside the EEA have a valid mechanism in place to carry out international transfers: (i) they have signed the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission (“SCCs”), an agreement between both parties by which the non-EU company ensures the application of European data protection standards; or (ii) if they are U.S.-based companies, as an alternative to the SCCs, they may be certified under the new EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF).
Therefore, the use of these providers does not result in a lower level of protection of your personal data than using providers located within the EU.
You can consult the contents of the SCCs and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision at the following links:
Data protection regulations allow you to exercise the following rights with the data controller: right of access, rectification, objection, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and not to be subject to automated individual decision-making. These rights are characterized as follows:
They are free of charge.
If requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive (e.g., repetitive), the controller may:
Charge a fee proportionate to the administrative costs incurred.
Refuse to act on the request.
Requests must be answered within one month. This period may be extended by two additional months considering the complexity and number of requests.
The controller is obligated to inform you of the means to exercise these rights. These means must be accessible, and the exercise of rights cannot be denied solely because you choose another method.
If the request is submitted electronically, the information will be provided by the same means, whenever possible, unless the data subject requests otherwise.
If the controller does not act on the request, they must inform you within one month of the reasons for their inaction and the possibility to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority.
You can exercise your rights directly or through your legal representative.
The processor may handle your request on behalf of the controller if such provision has been agreed upon in their contract or legal agreement.
You may exercise your rights:
By sending a written and signed request addressed to GO&DANCE at Calle Roger, number 38, Ground Floor (08028), Barcelona, Spain, Ref. L.O.P.D.
By contacting us via email at info@goandance.com.
Any rights request we receive will be resolved as soon as possible and, in any case, within the maximum period established by the legislation from the moment we receive it. In some cases, we may ask for a copy of your ID or another identification document if necessary to verify your identity.
Likewise, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, especially if you are not satisfied with the response to your rights request. For more information, you can visit www.aepd.es.
You may also object to receiving GO&DANCE marketing communications and withdraw your consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on your consent before its withdrawal.
The right of access allows you to contact the data controller to find out whether your personal data is being processed or not.
Email info@goandance.com and request the right of access form.
The right to rectification allows you to obtain the correction of inaccurate personal data without undue delay from the data controller.
Considering the purposes of the processing, you have the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by means of a supplementary statement.
In your request, you must indicate which data you refer to and the correction to be made. In addition, where necessary, you must attach supporting documentation that justifies the inaccuracy or incompleteness of your data.
Email info@goandance.com and request the right to rectification form.
The right to object allows you to oppose the processing of your personal data in the following situations:
When the processing is based on public interest or legitimate interest, including profiling.
When the processing is for direct marketing purposes, including profiling related to such marketing.
Email info@goandance.com and request the right to object form.
The right to erasure may be exercised by requesting the deletion of your personal data when any of the following circumstances apply:
If your personal data is no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed.
If the processing is based on consent and you withdraw that consent, provided that there is no other legal basis for the processing.
If the processing was based on legitimate interest or the fulfillment of a task carried out in the public interest and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing.
If your personal data is being used for direct marketing purposes, including profiling related to such marketing.
If your personal data has been processed unlawfully.
However, this right is not unlimited, and deletion may not proceed when processing is necessary for the exercise of freedom of expression and information, to comply with a legal obligation, to carry out a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller, for reasons of public interest in the area of public health, for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical research purposes, or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
The data controller is obliged to block the data when rectification or erasure is applicable.
Data blocking consists of identifying and retaining the data, applying technical and organizational measures to prevent its processing, including visualization, except for making the data available to judges and courts, the Public Prosecutor’s Office, or competent Public Authorities, particularly data protection authorities, for the purpose of determining potential liabilities arising from processing and only for the period of limitation of those liabilities.
Once that period has elapsed, the data must be destroyed.
Email info@goandance.com and request the erasure request form.
This right allows you to obtain the restriction of the processing of your data by the controller, and it has two aspects:
You may request the suspension of the processing of your data:
When you contest the accuracy of your personal data, for a period allowing the controller to verify its accuracy.
When you have objected to the processing of your personal data based on legitimate interest or public interest, while the controller verifies whether those grounds override yours.
You may request that the controller retain your data:
When the processing is unlawful and you oppose the erasure of your data and instead request the restriction of its use.
When the controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but you require them for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
Email info@goandance.com and request the restriction of processing form.
The purpose of this right is to further strengthen your control over your personal data. When the processing is carried out by automated means, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable, and interoperable format and transmit it to another controller, provided the processing is based on consent or is necessary for the performance of a contract.
However, this right does not apply when processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller.
Email info@goandance.com and request the data portability form.
As part of our commitment to ensuring the security and confidentiality of your personal data, we inform you that we have adopted the necessary technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security of personal data and prevent its alteration, loss, processing, or unauthorized access, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the stored data, and the risks to which it is exposed, in accordance with Article 32 of the GDPR.
We are committed to protecting your personal information. We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard your personal data and privacy and regularly review these measures.
In line with our commitment to security and confidentiality, we aim to offer you the highest level of security and protect the confidentiality of the information you provide to us. For this reason, commercial transactions are carried out in a secure server environment using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol.
If you ever experience difficulties accessing any part of our website, it may be due to your browser’s model or version or its configuration settings. If you need help resolving this or have any questions about how our purchase system works, feel free to contact us. We’ll be happy to assist you.
The internet enables commercial transactions over the network. Therefore, one of the main concerns of users who use the internet is data security online.
An e-commerce transaction includes the entire process of completing a commercial agreement, including the communication between both parties: customer and business. Key elements of any such transaction must include:
Authentication: to ensure the legal or physical identity of the party we are communicating with.
Integrity: ensuring that the content of the communication between both parties cannot be altered.
Confidentiality: ensuring that no unauthorized party can access the content of the communication.
These are some of the precautions we recommend our customers take:
Do not share your username or password with anyone.
Do not write it down in easily accessible places: computer, notebook, etc.
Always use our SSL security system.
Always log out of the browser session after accessing a secure area or entering your username or password into the system.
GO&DANCE informs its Users that every time a purchase is made, a transactional email will be sent confirming the ticket purchase and providing the acquired tickets. We may also contact the User to inform them about any changes or updates related to the event they will attend.
Additionally, GO&DANCE may send commercial communications regarding products or services offered by GO&DANCE or its partners, provided that the User has expressly and specifically consented to this by checking the appropriate box or providing express consent in any form.
The User may unsubscribe from receiving any type of commercial communication at any time by sending an email to info@goandance.com expressing this intention. This option will also be offered in every commercial email and via the User's personal area “My Account” on the Website.
If we provide links to websites that are not operated or controlled by GO&DANCE, you will be clearly informed, as we have no control over such sites, are not responsible for their content, and do not control how third parties collect and use your personal information. Therefore, we are exempt from any responsibility.
These websites will have their own privacy policies explaining how they use and share your personal information. We recommend carefully reviewing those policies before using such websites to ensure you are comfortable with how your data is collected and shared.
The services offered through the Website are only available to individuals of legal age. Therefore, anyone who does not meet this condition must refrain from providing personal information on the Website to be included in GO&DANCE’s databases. However, with prior consent from their parents or legal guardians, minors may provide their personal information via Website forms.
If you are a minor, please do not attempt to register as a user of our websites, apps, or products. If we discover that we have accidentally collected personal data from a minor, we will delete such data as soon as possible.
GO&DANCE reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy in accordance with applicable law at any given time. Users will be duly informed via the Website or directly if substantial changes affecting the processing of their personal data occur. We recommend that Users review this policy periodically to stay informed about how GO&DANCE protects their information.
