Sobre Todo Salsa 2018 is a Salsa, Bachata and Kizomba congress in which the final of the "Sobre todo SALSA" contest is held.

It takes place in the heart of the Costa del Sol, in Torremolinos, on the beachfront, very well communicated and in magnificent facilities.
