Asrai Escuela de Danza

On September 19, 2008 we opened the doors of the school in Mataró, being the personal project of the director, choreographer and teacher Almudena Ferreira. Our greatest illusion has always been and will always be to teach everything we know, dancing while taking care of your body, health and mind.

The school's dance company was formed in 2013. We currently work in all types of shows, events, musicals, weddings, parties and hotels. In October 2015 we premiered the first musical theatre of the Asrai school company.

Our philosophy is based on learning and living the dance. We are interested in helping people and animals in numerous charity events, collaborating with associations such as the Vicente Ferrer Foundation, AFANOC and animal protection SPAM.

Learn to dance or improve your dance in Asrai! Feel and enjoy moving around in our small classrooms and in a friendly, family atmosphere. Beyond traditional learning, you can improve by having fun and meeting people. Are you looking for new activities in Mataró? We are much more than dance. Work your body while you enjoy. We correct your body posture and work on the tone of your body, with our stretching, pilates with elements and abdominals without risks.

Asrai means "My blue": ambient, luminous, magical, unique, spiritual, noble and harmonious. This and much more is what you will find at school, we want to pamper your mind by learning to leave your fears and anxieties at the door. The teachers who teach the classes in Asrai are and have been students of the school, participants of championships and part of the dance company. Prepared in urban dance styles.

Our facilities consist of air conditioning, heating, showers and bottled water for consumption. Classes begin every year on the first Monday of September. Come and try a free class.
