Their style combines rigorous technique with infectious energy on the dance floor, and they have led workshops and boot camps at events such as those hosted by Tropicana Salsa and Sala Madison. Giros Dance is also an active competition school, with groups participating in championships such as SevenK and The Frog Urban Dance.
