After many years devoted to ballet, dance, and yoga, I realized that many women don’t need to push themselves any harder. They need a space where they can listen to their bodies.
My YogaDanza classes stem from that experience. They are a space designed to reconnect with the body through listening, respect, and the joy of movement.
It’s not about achieving perfect poses or chasing a physical ideal. Nor is it a traditional dance class or a yoga practice focused on performance, strength, or executing difficult, acrobatic, or spectacular poses.
It is a practice that integrates gentle yoga, mindful stretching, breathing, and dance-inspired movement. We work from a place of gentleness, respect for our own limits, and the joy of moving. Little by little, the body regains flexibility, coordination, and well-being.
I work especially with women going through different stages of life, physical or emotional changes, or who are simply looking for new ways to inhabit their bodies. That’s why each practice aims to adapt to each person’s reality, and not the other way around.
