Héctor Gonz
Dominican singer and actor born in 1982 in San Francisco de Macorís, Dominican Republic, he took his first steps in the arts at a very early age, feeling a strong inclination towards dancing and singing.
During his adolescence, he was always guided by renowned singing and dancing teachers, with the Escuela De Baile "Ecos" dance school being the driving force behind his movements on stage, where he spent five years honing his urban dance techniques.
He developed his singing skills over several years under the tutelage of vocal coaches María Remolá and Mario Núñez.
All his effort and preparation paid off in early 2000 when Héctor was invited by Josefina Redondo, under the Remava Music label, to be part of the group "Circuito 4," which was the first group to introduce bachata to Europe.
Héctor
then decided to launch his solo career, and the result of this new beginning was the production "Jugando A Ser Poeta," with the hits "Pelusita" and "Ando buscando," achieving high ratings on radio stations in Canada, Europe, and the Dominican Republic.
In 2007, Héctor took a break from his art, seeking, like all artists, to go further. From this period of meditation, he began a new artistic phase in 2010, now offering us a modern take on Caribbean rhythms, bachata, and merengue. All of these new hits are included in the album Lastimando, with standout tracks such as Porque será, Sabor a menta, Es tú alma, and Una vieja melodía.

This program is televised internationally for the Latino community in the United States.
In January 2011, Gonz visited the beautiful island of Puerto Rico, where, in addition to performances at prominent nightclubs in San Juan and Ponce, he also gave interviews, including one for the radio program "La Bachatera Del Norte," and held several autograph sessions for his fans.
That same month, Gonz received recognition at the "Premios de la Juventud" (Youth Awards) for his work, achievements, and dedication throughout his artistic career. This honor was televised on the program "En Acción Con Manuel y Hermes" (In Action with Manuel and Hermes).

According to his manager, Fiordaliza González, the crowd applauded and delighted in watching the Dominican artist perform and sing. She says that people from China, Japan, Mexico, the Philippines, and other countries attended the event, many of whom approached him to express their admiration in different languages.
After his performance, he traveled to Florida, where he performed at the Blue Martini nightclub.
