Rok Cerkvenik began his dance journey at age 7 and built his way into the heart of Slovenia's Latin dance scene, eventually becoming part of the first and only professional couple in the country to teach and perform salsa, bachata, and zouk. Together with partner Varja Vitorovič, Rok has performed across Europe and in New York, with a deep passion for NY Style salsa developed under the mentorship of Nelson Flores, one of the style's founders. He is also a respected DJ, featured at events like the Castle Salsa Festival in Ljubljana.
