Suzanna & Jonathan

Suzanna and Jonathan are an international Brazilian Zouk teaching partnership whose work centers on connection, accessible movement, and flow. Their teaching begins with a single question: how can this dance feel better for both people?

Trained across methodologies and continents—Suzanna is MAC-certified, Jonathan has completed teacher trainings in the USA, Europe, and Brazil, and both have extensive grounding in Eutonic Zouk—they focus less on patterns and more on what happens between partners. Their workshops explore the quality of touch, invitations and consent, and authentic presence, alongside the body mechanics that enable dancers to move with efficiency, ease, and longevity. The result is dancing built to last, and to feel as good at fifty as at twenty-five.

Based in Europe—Suzanna in Cyprus, Jonathan in Portugal, where he owns the La Casa del Corpo movement & dance studio—they travel to teach at events that care about depth and the experience dancers carry home.
