Jessy Valentini
Born in Florence, Jessica started dancing at 4 years old. Her passion came from her parents, the owners of one of the greatest dancing school of Tuscany, 🇮🇹
Since she was a child she started doing competitions of different styles of dancing, such as Contemporary dance, Hip Hop and Latin American. Within the many National and International competitions, she won the Italian Championship in 2012, in 2011 she was a finalist in the World Cup in Ljubljana (Slovenia), in 2015 she won the Italian Absolute Championship, (The most recognized championship in Italy) becoming part of the National group representing Italy in European and World Championships. Later, at the age of 20 she started studying Salsa and Bachata. She took part at many festivals around Italy and studied with Artists like Teresa Castaneda, Vanessa Lacedonia, Yoyo Flow. In 2022 she became part of the “Imperio Azteca” of Johnny Vazquez and danced with his group in the bigger Salsa festivals around the world.
In 2023 she start to dance with Willy Arey as a couple.
Willy Arey
Born in Orizaba, Veracruz, Mexico.
He began his history in salsa since he was a child, as he inherited the talent and passion for Salsa music & Dance from his father "Memo Arey", a renowned salsa dancer in his city, grew up listening to Héctor Lavoe, Rubén blades, Willy Colon, Celia Cruz among Other great exponents of the movement called Salsa.
He started the “professional” environment at age 17 years old. Since that age he fall in love watching the videos of Johnny Vazquez “The prince of salsa” and Ramon Morales “Imperio Azteca” they was the principal inspiration for start his SALSA PROFESIONAL CARRIER.
Years later Willy Arey dance with Johnny Vazquez, Traveling around the world with Imperio Azteca…. A dream come true.
* 1st Place “World Champion” World Latin Dance Cup (WLDC) in Solo Improvisation division in 2019 in Medellin Colombia.
* Dancer in the reality show DANCING WITH THE STARS MEXICO 2014 with the famous actress "Iran Castillo".
* Dancer of Imperio Azteca by Johnny Vazquez “The Prince of Salsa” 2021-2023
* 3rd Place At Wold Latin Dance Cup in Colombia. On2 Pro Golden Top Division 2019
* choreographer in an important TV channel in Mexico, "TV Azteca" 2015.
* Choreographer of the famous Salsa Singer " El Titan de la Salsa "Alberto Barros" 2013-2015.
* 1st place Salsa Team Shines (Mexico City) 2012.
* 1st Place Bachata Professional Bachata Masters Mexico 2014.
* 1st Place category pro-am Salsa 2013.
* 3rd Place international Salsa Team Shines “Euroson Latino 2013” Magic Mambo with Jose Chavarría.
* Dancer in the biggest Salsa Festival Coatza 2013 sharing with Alberto Barros, Tito Nieves, Oscar de León, Gran combo de Puerto Rico, and others.
* Finalist in the competition Salsa Na' Ma" one vs one" Euroson latino 2017 with Fernando Sosa.
* Creator and promoter of "RUMBAFEST" a Salsa Festival in Mexico since 2012.
* 45 COUNTRIES & Counting, Teaching & Performing around the world.
In 2015 he travels to Asia giving workshops and shows in different cities, sharing the art of dance, with his unique style: strength, energy, flavor and heart.
Today he continues his career traveling around the world, always training and sharing the most beautiful passion, Salsa & Bachata 🌏
In 2023 he start to dance with Jessy Valentini as a Couple. Today they traveling together around the world teaching performing Salsa & Bachata in the best festivals & Congress around the world.
