Where does Istanbul World Dance Congress Summer Edition take place?

Istanbul World Dance Congress Summer Edition takes place at The Green Park Pendik Hotel & Convention Center in Istanbul, Turkey.

The venue is located by the Marmara Sea and is close to Sabiha Gökçen International Airport (SAW).

Which airport should I fly to?

You can fly to Istanbul Airport (IST) or Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW).

The organizer offers airport transfer options from both airports to the festival hotels.

Are airport transfers available?

Yes. Airport transfers are available through the organizer.

To request a transfer, you will need to provide your name, phone number, email, arrival day, arrival flight time, flight number and arrival airport.

What does the Exclusive Pass include?

The Exclusive Pass includes social dance parties, workshops, day socials, shows and evening parties.

Pinto Picasso Live Bachata Concert on Saturday is included.

Master Classes, Bootcamps, Trainings and Excursions are not included.

What does the Social Pass include?

The Social Pass includes access to day socials, shows and evening parties.

Workshops, Master Classes, Bootcamps and Trainings are not included.

Is the VIP Boat Party included in the passes?

No. The VIP Boat Party is a separate pass with limited capacity.

The VIP Boat Party takes place on Sunday, August 23, with departure from Kartal Pier.

Hotel ↔ Pier transfer is included.

The experience includes a 3-deck boat, open-air party atmosphere, live DJ performances, animations and entertainment.

Are Master Classes, Bootcamps and Trainings included?

No. Master Classes, Bootcamps and Trainings are not included in the standard passes.

They are listed separately by the organizer.

Can I transfer my ticket to another person?

Yes, according to the organizer’s refund and transfer policy.

You may transfer your ticket to another person up to 7 days before the event.

Less than 7 days before the event, refunds, transfers or postponements are not possible.

Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?

According to the organizer’s policy, a full refund is available up to 30 days before the event, excluding service fees and bank charges.

Up to 14 days before the event, you may transfer your ticket to another person or postpone your participation to the next festival.

Less than 7 days before the event, refunds, transfers or postponements are not possible.

What should I wear?

For workshops, wear comfortable and breathable clothing with appropriate dance shoes.

For evening parties, the organizer recommends elegant and glamorous attire.

Can I visit Istanbul during the festival?

Yes. The organizer lists optional transfer and tour options such as Old City Tour, Bosphorus by Boat and shuttle service to Old City or Taksim Square.

These activities are separate from the standard festival passes.
