IS A CREATIVE-THERAPEUTIC PROCESS WHERE YOU WILL DEVELOP YOUR SELF-KNOWLEDGE THROUGH ART AND URBAN DANCES.
Objectives
- Favour your socio-affective and creative development
- Develop your sensitivity and ability to learn new things
- Improve your self-image, self-esteem and self-concept.
- Learn how to use Art as a Therapeutic tool.
- Stimulate cognitive abilities through the body
- To know the fundamentals of Urban Dance from a social and cultural perspective.
- Contribute knowledge about personal limits and abilities
- Improve body schema, coordination and motor control.

There are 5 intensive days where each session will consist of two parts, on the one hand, the training in Urban Dance focused on understanding and interpreting this form of expression from its essence, taking into account the social and cultural factors from which it arises and in which it is currently developed.
On the other hand, the creative therapeutic process through the Urban Dances, where all the concepts acquired in the previous training will be used to carry out a creative and therapeutic group process.
