The aim of Burlesque classes and workshops is to help you disconnect from everyday life, break out of the roles you have assumed (having to be a mother, daughter, friend, neighbor, etc.) and allow yourself to be who you want to be, inventing your own character.
Our fundamental tools for achieving this are dance steps and choreography: you will learn to become aware of your body, to obtain good posture, to dance with elegance and presence, to connect with the music and to bring out your most fun and sensual side, without forgetting a touch of creativity and style...
And we also work on attitude: we will teach you how to stop focusing on your insecurities, make the mirror your best friend, and, above all, love yourself deeply so that you can develop your full potential through self-love.
