A first approach to EXOTIC POLE DANCE: discover what it feels like to dance on the pole in heels in this specific initiation workshop. Come and try it!
*No level is required, but it is necessary to have previously taken a pole dance class.
Essential: comfortable clothes that cover legs, feet and shoulders; heels (preferably pole heels, but can serve the heels you have) and knee pads.
