KIANDA HISTORY

KIANDA Dance Festival is the celebration of African/Angolan culture in the city of Biel/Bienne, Switzerland. The Festival is an annual event celebrating and showcasing the culture of the African people through dance, performance, culinary and art.
At the sound of batucadas, Kianda sails from Luanda, Angola to the waters of the Lake of Biel/Bienne, caught up by the rhythm of music and arts. Its incomparable ginga bewitches as much as it affects African culture lovers.
