It's really sad that the room were not in the same building, It made the other rooms really empty and the socials outside the parties were almost non existent due to lack of participant. Also you could have made an effort on the decoration
Apart from that it was great and the line up was good. Thanks

Thank you for your message, we have tried our best to give a best expérience possible, the rooms closer to the main room are small, thus we have chose a room which is bigger, good dance floor and well ventilated. All the markings to get to the rooms were also carefully planned and shared. We will do our best to make the experience more better in our future events. See you next year

Important info

f you want to receive a bracelet FULL / PARTY you need to show us your ID card. Without it you CANNOT receive a pass, so be sure to have it with you!!!

The name change of the ticket is not possible after January 31st.

Wardrobe is free of charge.
Please note that the use of the wardrobe is at the owner’s responsibility.
Large bags are not allowed inside the venue; only shoe bags are permitted.

At the Bar you can pay only by cash. Water bottles are not allowed during the party (bags will be checked)

Please report to the security or BachataAmor team for any Help or safety related issues and we are always ready to support.

BachataAmor has zero tolerance policy for the harrasement of any kind and if you notice something immediately report to BachataAmor anti-harassment or any volunteer and the participant will be sent out from event and cannot attend any future event of BachataAmor and other events in Belgium.

BachataAmor and Org team is not Responsible / liable for any injuries, damages, loss and financial obligations claims resulting from the Event.
