• Hürth Park Shopping Center: Free parking is available in garages P1, P2, and P4–P6. (For some areas may require a parking disc/Parkuhr, so please check the signs!)
• At the Venue: There are limited short-term parking spaces directly at the Bürgerhaus.
• P+R Hermülheim: About 91 spaces available, located only 550 meters (a short walk) from the venue.
✈️ Airports
• Cologne/Bonn (CGN): Only 15 min away!
• Düsseldorf (DUS): ~40 min
• Frankfurt (FRA): ~1:20 h via high-speed train (ICE)
• Dortmund (DTM): ~2 hours
Food & Drinks 🍕🍸
There are many nearby restaurants & cafes but some shut around 20:00, so we recommend planning your dinner early!
During the workshop hours, you are welcome to bring your own drinks.
In addition, a water station will be available inside the venue, where water can be purchased
Please note that outside drinks are not allowed during the night parties.
A bar will be available on site throughout the evening.
🥹 Cancellation Policy:
Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person or event until April 27, 2026 for a 15€ processing fee.
