Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are non-refundable. All purchases are final.
However, you may sell your pass to someone else on your own.
Please ensure that you check with the organiser that the person from whom you are purchasing the pass is registered.
You must send an email with your email address and telephone number to the following address: mastersofbachata@gmail.com, along with a copy of the identity documents of the two people exchanging and/or collecting the pass.

Is the ticket nominative?

Each ticket is non-transferable: you will be required to present proof of identity when collecting your pass.

Modify/resell your pass

You may sell your pass to someone else on your own. You must send an email with your email address and telephone number to the following address: mastersofbachata@gmail.com, along with a copy of the identity documents of the two people exchanging and/or collecting the pass. However, please check with the organiser to ensure that the person from whom you are purchasing the pass is registered.

What does my pass include?

The Full Pass grants access to all workshops (except masterclasses), parties, and socials throughout the festival.
