FAQs

Yes, pass transfers are allowed under the festival’s transfer policy and within the specified deadlines. A name-change or transfer fee may apply, depending on the type of pass and the date of the request. Please refer to the official refund and transfer policy or contact the organizers for details.
The Stress-Free Pass is designed for guests who want a complete, hassle-free experience. It typically includes accommodation, meals (depending on the package), festival access, and selected parties, all in one booking. This option allows you to focus fully on dancing and enjoying the festival without worrying about logistics.
There is no official shuttle service included between the airport and the hotel.

If you are arriving at Dubai International Airport (DXB), we recommend taking the Dubai Metro to the nearest metro station to Holiday Inn Dubai Al Maktoum, and then continuing by taxi, which is the most practical and cost-effective option.

If you are arriving from Abu Dhabi, the best option is to take an airport shuttle or bus to Ibn Battuta Mall, and then continue by taxi to the hotel.

Closer to the festival dates, we will share detailed travel guidance to help you plan your arrival smoothly.
Visa requirements depend on your nationality. Many nationalities are eligible for a visa on arrival or visa-free entry to the UAE, while others may need to apply in advance. We strongly recommend checking with the UAE embassy or official government website in your country before booking your travel.
Accommodation is included only in selected packages such as the Stress-Free Pass or hotel packages. Regular festival passes do not include accommodation unless stated otherwise. Add-on hotel nights may be available before or after the festival, subject to availability.

Yes. A shuttle service will be provided from the hotel to the Boat Party.
• The shuttle is free of charge for Stress-Free Package holders.
• For guests staying at the hotel without a Stress-Free Package, the shuttle is available at a cost of AED 75 per person.

Further details, including pickup times and return schedule, will be shared closer to the event.

Workshops are designed for all levels, from improver to advanced dancers. Classes are structured to ensure a balanced and enjoyable learning experience. To maintain quality and safety, the organizers may limit the number of participants per workshop.
