Learn with Laura Ginger the secrets of belly dancing and bollywood.
With these workshops you will learn the basic movements of both dances, so it is suitable for you whether you want to learn from a basic level or for more advanced levels where you can clean the movements and gain quality in the dance.
Body dissociation, waves, mastery of your body and especially the hip and abdomen, are aspects that improve your posture and embellish your movements in your daily life and apply them to any other type of dance, so you will not only have a great time, but also discover great benefits.
For the belly dance workshop you only need comfortable clothes and a handkerchief for the hip. We will learn hip technique and its application in basic movements and displacements.
Bollywood is a choreographic workshop where you will merge bollywood steps with basic hip-hop movements; very fun, energetic and extroverted.
