The festival itself was awesome - great organization-team - some turkish leaders need to take classes to know how to lead/touch a follower (but that's not the fault of dance maraton istanbul). <3

This event has the best organizer I know. Deniz, always keep your energy like that. I'm very satisfied with the event but not of the hotel.

It was one of the best festivals I've ever been to, and I'll be back next year. The only annoyance was that one workshop started late and the dancers and coordinators disrupted Frankie Martinez's class because the next workshop was already ready to start. The previous workshop had been delayed because it didn't run on schedule, so the coordinators told us that Frankie Martinez wouldn't have the entire time slot for his workshop. After we protested, Frankie got the entire time slot, but we found it very disrespectful to interrupt a salsa legend's class several times.
