Disfrutamos mucho de la música y los bailes.
La única pega es que el servicio de guardarropa no está bien organizado (esto es algo que pasa siempre, no solo esa noche). Tardan muchísimo en atenderte. Entre dejar las chaquetas y luego recogerlas solemos estar (perder) una hora…
Además de la mala organización del de este servicio, luego tienen que estar mucho tiempo buscando las pertenencias de la gente que las ha dejado dentro.
Sé que no se deben dejar dentro. Per también pienso que si no pueden garantizar un buen servicio mínimo, quizás no deberían abarcar tanto y dejar las que están dentro del local tranquilas (teniendo en cuanta que la cola en la calle está llena para guardar cosas en el guardarropa). Hace mucho frío como para estar esperando más de media hora para recoger una prenda…

Dance was amazing as usual, space, people, music - everything is really lovely and amazing!
But I've put 1 star because wardrobe organisation was a bit inhumane, and many people stayed outside (there was a 3 degrees of temperature) waiting for their jackets for 30+ minutes in simple dance clothing (almost nothing). My clothes they couldn't find, and I waited for 3 hours until the end. They also didn't have any tea or other warm non-alcoholic drinks or blankets, and refused to turn on heaters to help.

am extremely disappointed with my experience.

Visitors are forced to leave their personal belongings and pay €2 per item, yet there is a queue of nearly one hour just to deposit items. Even worse, the staff lost the claim tags and as a result my bag was lost.

To retrieve my belongings, I had to wait another hour outside in the cold without any outerwear, since jackets are also taken. Throughout the process, the security staff were rude, dismissive, and unprofessional.

What makes this situation particularly serious is that I have a medical condition and must carry my medication with me at all times. Despite this, my small personal bag with essential medication was taken away. In case of a medical emergency, this could have had life-threatening consequences.

This situation is unacceptable and potentially illegal. It may constitute violations of Spanish law, including:
• Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios (RDL 1/2007) – failure to provide a safe service, abusive conditions, and lack of proper care for clients’ property.
• Civil Code, Article 1902 – civil liability due to negligence causing damage or risk to personal safety.
• Health and safety obligations – preventing a person from keeping essential medication can be considered a serious breach of duty of care.
• Obligation of security staff to act professionally and respectfully – the behavior displayed does not meet acceptable standards.

Forcing people to give up personal belongings, losing them, exposing clients to cold, and ignoring medical needs shows complete disregard for customer safety and dignity.

I do not recommend this place and strongly advise management to review their security procedures before someone gets seriously harmed.

Aunque el evento en sí estuvo bien, no valía los 35 euros que costaba la entrada. Me decepcionó que, además del precio de la entrada, cobraran 2 € por cada prenda en el guardarropa. Además, la gestión del servicio fue malísima; nos hicieron esperar un montón de tiempo al frío para recuperar nuestra ropa. Estar sudado y pasar frío es la combinación perfecta para enfermarse. Los organizadores tienen que mejorar drásticamente la eficiencia para justificar el precio.
