Lento Dance

Nicely organised, quality workshops as usual.
Looking forward for next Lento Dance festival! ❤️

Jede einzelne Unterrichtseinheit mit Nox & Xara ist eine sehr lehrreiche Erfahrung. Ich gehe immer mit sehr positiver Energie aus den Kursen. Da Xara mit Herzlichkeit, Leidenschaft für Bachata und Talent jeden durch den Unterricht führt. Nox möchte jedem einzelnen Tänzer/Tänzerin, zu 100% die Verbindung zwischen Technik und Emotionen beibringen, um diese dann in einem Song interpretieren zu können. Ich genieße jede Minute, da man einfach spürt, dass beide Bachta lieben und Leben. Ich werde aufjedenfall weiterhin in die Kurse der beiden im Lento Dance Studio gehen, da mein Fortschritt sehr schnell sichtbar war. Nox & Xara versuchen jeden Schüler/ Schülerin individuell zu betreuen und man fühlt sich im Unterricht einfach willkommen.

Definitely wont be my the last event or festival with lento dance!!

All in all, the festival was amazing! Great workshops and fantastic venue! So, I don't want to sound too negative but I can't give 5 stars because of the following few issues:
1. High humidity and poor ventilation of the dancing room made people sweaty and sticky. It seems like the AC was working but then maybe a few industrial ventilators would help to elevate it a bit.
2. Second issue: it was a really bad idea to provide styling workshop for followers but no a similar one for leads. What happened was that a lot of follower went to the styling workshop and that created a huge shortage of followers on the partnership workshop running in the second room at the same time. As a result, most of the leads were standing idle without followers and did not learn the movements well enough. This also affected the followers in that group because the leads were not able to provide the competent leading to them. So the entire workshop was disastrous and frustrating..
3. And finally, giving each of the attendant additional bag was also not a good idea as all the given bags were the same, and it was hard to figure out which bag is which. Also, having now two bags instead of one ( the given and his/her own) just added tons of bags placed all over the floor along the walls. It ended up with tons of peoples belongings spread all over the place - shoes, bags, bottles, glasses, etc. creating a very inconvenient space.
