Bachata Vibe Paris

Pros:
- nice venue
- great floor indoor and outdoor
- good level of leaders
- nice selection of workshops
- nice vibe of the people
Cons:
- main hotel too far away
- unreliable and not enough shuttle busses
- shuttle busses cost 2€/ride!
- very bad music throughout the entire festival (in general many old songs, not enough slow songs in the late hours)
- day socials were too late
- no people at the pool parties in the main hotel :(
- shitty bathrooms in the venue

Very plaisant festival. The workshops were very interresting and the teachers were very skillful. They had the desire to explain the leader's guiding and follower's movements in detail.

Overall a good festival.

Positive aspects:
- love the Palmeraie location.
- Music the whole weekend was on point, on Friday it was AMAZING!
- Vibe overall is great
- the floor is okeyish to dance
- very good interactions with the people working at the reception + wardrobe

Negative aspects:
- organization with the shuttles was very bad. Not practical at all, times to book the shuttles were different from the ones shared on Instagram so we were always confused and had to wait way too much + we ended up cramped in a van (not safe at all for a 20 min ride)
- main hotel was good but too far from the location: inexistent day socials, no one was there, sad
- J&J times not respected
- Saturday night idea not so great. I applaud the will to do something different and try new ideas (I’m all for it!), maybe this idea would have fit better for a day activity, or on another night of the weekend, but not on a Saturday night
