HOTEL DON ANGEL - ANGE, S.A

Unfortunately, I had a bad and disappointing experience with the Alma festival. I was promised by the organizer several times, that my hotel expenses will be refunded , but eventually it did not happen. Moreover, I was added to the Alma separate chat for rooms, where I could find a person to replace me, as I had an unexpected issues and could not come. I have lost my air tickets and the full pass. Hoping that I can be refunded at least for the hotel and at the same time help someone to have a room, I asked Alma for help. I let them know about the person, who later paid the full sum and stayed at the hotel instead of me, as a result the hotel charged 2 people for the same place, and I was not refunded at all. If I were rejected in refunding by Alma at first place or did not tell about the issue to the organizer, this person would not be able to purchase a hotel ticket, and my roommate would stay at our room by herself.
Simple "No" from the beginning would be enough, no need to give empty promises. Not mentioning other organizing issues and the hotel experience itself, but as I was not having that personally, but heard from my friends and the person who replaced me at the hotel, I will not give any specific feedback on that.

Me lo pasé muy bien y conocí a mucha gente, la energía es agradable y el nivel muy alto. Probaré de repetir en 2027

Positive :
- Swimming pools were amazing
- little fridge in the bedroom
- near from shops and beach
- security staff at the hall entrance

Negative :
- restaurant opening hours too tiny compared to alma festival schedule
- taste of food at the restaurant has to be improved
- water in the shower was too hot and burning was an habit during our stay
- parking price
- no luggage room available after checkout due to various events at the same time
- no coffee available at the restaurant for lunch and dinner

Je n'avais que le party pass pour vendredi et samedi... et je n’ai quasiment pas pu danser.
Je n’ai jamais vu un festival ni aucune soirée commencer à 3h30 de la nuit.
Le retard et la mauvaise organisation accumulés sont un réel manque de respect pour tous les participants.

Aussi, organiser un festival de danse en même temps que le concours de pétanque est à éviter !!! Ces hommes, le plus souvent alcoolisés, ont eu des comportements très déplacés (regards insistants, paroles déplacés, suivre les filles, faire des gestes obscènes).

Malheureusement ce n’est pas un festival que je recommanderai.

En point positif, le tshirt du festival est bien !

Un accueil professionnel, des échanges plutôt aimables dans l'ensemble.
Une chambre très agréable avec une superbe vue. Petit bémol sur les voisins de chambre (joueurs de pétanque) qui criaient dans les couloirs ou dans les chambres, alcoolisés ou non.
Un buffet assez large, mais limité tout de même quand on doit faire un minimum attention à notre alimentation ou qu'on est allergique/intolérant à certains produit. Il serait d'ailleurs intéressant d'identifier les "plats" ou leurs allergènes.
Les piscines sont vraiment un plus, par contre plusieurs transats endommagés. Ils mériteraient d'être vérifiés plus régulièrement pour éviter les accidents ..
