DANCE SCHOOL "Ana Belén" was founded in 1992 by Ana Belén Jiménez Villodre, Director, Teacher and Choreographer who taught Classical Ballet, Spanish Dance and Flamenco in the Pasaje de Gabriel Lodares, 4 de Albacete. Eleven years later (January 2003), circumstances showed the need to expand the range of styles and we moved to the current premises in the street Franciscanos, 12 of this capital.
Today the school has a wide variety of styles such as Classical Ballet, Spanish Dance, Flamenco (adults), Belly and Bollywood Dance, Zumba-Dance, Modern Dance, African Dance and Yoga.
The school organizes one of the two important galas during the course called "End of Course Exhibition" and "Ana Belén Dance Festival" to benefit some association of Albacete. These events not only show the work done during the course but also serve to enhance the student's character structure, increasing their knowledge of the profession and experience on stage. For more than 20 years we have been organising extraordinary galas with the sole objective of being charitable and where not only teachers and directors, but also all the students, have participated. Raising the money needed with our art to help someone in need is a new motivation in our school.
It doesn't matter if we learn by hobby or if we want a professional training, the really important thing is that we do it well, enjoy it and express ourselves. To provide opportunities for people who wish to dance, regardless of age.
