Escuela Matumbé Capoeira - Poblenou

Matumbé is an international Capoeira school founded in 2011 by Mestre KK Bonates. In Spain, classes are given by Contramestre Felipe "Fofinho" in Barcelona. Our purpose is to promote integration and socialization through the active practice of Traditional Baiana Capoeira, constituted by the Angola and Regional styles. We promote the learning of the movements, musicality and culture of Capoeira.

We believe that a Capoeirista is not just a simple player, but an agent of freedom and solidarity, responsible for creating a better world.
