Patricia Passo, graduated in performing arts from UNIRIO - Federal University of the State of Rio de Janeiro and in contemporary dance from the Angel Vianna Faculty in Brazil. Master in didactics of dance in the Complutense University of Madrid, and of Anthropology and scenic arts in the Rey Juan Carlos University of Madrid.
Creator of the Oriental method Fusion Dance - OFD (contemporary ethnic dance). She lived more than 10 years in Spain, where she dedicated herself exclusively to the study of oriental dances since its origins, combining academic life with her own school and her constant travels to the East. He created the first University Diploma in Oriental Dance and wrote the book "Fusion. The Universe that dances. Anthropological vision of dance in East and West", based on his studies. Winner of the "Prize for Etymology and Defense of Cultural Heritage" by the Foundation Cultura Viva.
She currently resides in Rio de Janeiro, her hometown, where she continues her career as a teacher linked to the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos de Madrid, carries out mostly individual training developing her technique of Dance Therapy, writes her second book and coordinates the Centers Affiliated to the OFD method and its School of Madrid where regular courses, seminars and university training are offered.
