We are Tomás and Naomi, directors, teachers, and choreographers at Ritmos Tarragona.
We have been teaching for 16 and 6 years, respectively, and have many more years of training in pedagogy, methodology, and dance. Thanks to this academic training, we have been able to create our own training program for teachers.
We are currently the only couple to have won the Guaguanco Festival in the Columbia and Cuban rumba competitions. Our specialty in this dance is the machete.
We also specialize in timba, specifically in "Full Planchas y trucos."
We are trained in different dances of Cuban culture, including popular, folk, and ballroom dances.
