Can someone else use my ticket?!

Yes, no problem—but you have to give advance notice to change the name.

Will I get a refund for the ticket if I can't come?

Unfortunately, the money cannot be refunded, but the ticket can be used by someone else (with prior notice) or can be used for the next event we organize. However, you must notify us later on the day of the event (in this case, November 9) if you are unable to attend.

Can I bring my children?

Yes, children up to 12 years old can enter for FREE, but you must be attentive and keep an eye on them. We are not responsible if anything happens to the children.
If they are between 12 and 18 years old, admission is 50% off.

Can I bring a companion?

Everyone who comes must have a ticket. Only children under 12 years old enter for free!
