1. How do I receive the purchased pass?
After payment on go&dance, your ticket (QR code) can be found in the “My Tickets” section and in your email.
The festival wristband must be collected in person from the reception of Hotel Dorna on August 6, starting at 16:00.

2. Are all activities included in the Full Pass?
Yes, the Full Pass includes access to all workshops and general festival parties.

3. Can I buy multiple tickets from the same account?
Yes, but the platform will require the details of each participant (Last Name, First Name) to generate the correct personalized passes.

4. What if I entered incorrect data during purchase?
For any errors during the purchase process, you must contact go&dance technical support or send a message to the organizer via the “Contact” button on the event page.

5. Can I get a refund if I can no longer attend?
According to the standard policy, passes are non-refundable. However, the platform allows for insurance; if you purchase your ticket with insurance, you can receive your money back if you can no longer attend. Additionally, changing the name on the ticket (transfer to someone else) may be allowed through the platform, sometimes with an administrative fee. Paid tickets not picked up by the end of the festival lose their validity.

6. Can I transfer my ticket to another person?
Purchased passes are personalized. If you want to transfer it, use the platform options or contact the organizer.
Note: Passes won in contests or offered as gifts cannot be transferred and cannot be redeemed for money.

7. Can I upgrade a won pass?
Yes, you can upgrade to a higher-value pass by paying the price difference at reception.

8. Where does the festival take place?
At Dorna Events Center (Restaurant Dorna), Mamaia, Constanța – a venue equipped with parquet flooring, air conditioning, restaurants, bars, and parking.

9. Are there accommodation offers?

11. How can I find last-minute updates?

12. What happens if I lose my wristband?
The wristband must be worn at all times. Losing it requires paying the full price for a new one.
If it breaks accidentally, you can replace it for free at the official stand by presenting the damaged wristband.

13. Can minors participate?
Yes, but only if accompanied by a legal guardian or their dance school instructor.

14. Image Rights (Photo & Video)
By participating in this event, attendees implicitly consent to being photographed and filmed.
These materials may be used by the organizer for promotional purposes without affecting the person’s image.

15. What are the rules of conduct?
The organizer reserves the right to refuse access to individuals who are aggressive, under the influence of prohibited substances, or in possession of dangerous objects.
