WE BELIEVE IT IS BETTER TO ADD €5 TO THE COST OF THE ROOM RATHER THAN TO THE FULL PASS IN ORDER TO MAKE IT MORE AFFORDABLE FOR PARTICIPANTS. IF YOU AGREE, THE TOTAL PRICE WOULD REMAIN THE SAME AS DETAILED BELOW.

RESERVATION CONDITIONS Cost of cancellation before May 10, 2015: €0.00. After this date, the organization will charge for the first night of the stay and the full pass.
Cost for no-shows: If you do not show up at the hotel on the day of arrival, we will charge 100% of the payment received as a no-show fee.
