Initiation Adult Ballet

The classes follow the principles and classical ballet technique, considering the age and physical condition of the persons to whom they are addressed.

Elasticity working in the bar, placing the back, neck, head and arms, controlling balance and gaining strength.

The work at the center, consists of slow exercises and rapid sequences of steps, combining arms, legs, head, etc with good breathing.
