Kaunas Bachata Festival

What a fabulous festival, not too large but with excellent friendly people. Just right in size makes for great workshops with some one the best artists in Bachata. Super music, sound & lighting & and an excellent pre-party. Thanks so much & I hope to be able to come next year! Tom

The event was good, but I cannot give 5 stars for poor communication of the schedulle changes. Facebook and Instagram was showing different schedules, social competition was lating (or maybe time was changed but not published), information of open air and sunday party time changes was circulating in private chate groups and in rumours. This is not ok-information should updated in official event page. Another problem is dancing in sauna-no fresh air ventilation.

Everything was great – a wonderful festival, classes, and overall organization. An amazing photographer. It was nice that there was outdoor social dancing as well. It was also nice that one of the classes took place outside, though next time it would be better to have it in the shade.

What could be improved in the future: ventilation in the hall and communication about the program and its changes on social media. Different schedules were posted on Facebook and Instagram – in total, there were probably three different versions, and it wasn’t clear which one was the correct one. It would be great to have more consistent communication across all social media platforms and in the Facebook event itself.

We also heard that there was a chat where the latest updates and changes about the event were shared, but not everyone was part of it.

I really enjoyed every minute . But was too long time for J&J communication. Need to be during the day not at night. Some people have only party pass. And that’s take time of evening social.
